FINISH TO A STRONG 2012/13 SEASON
Justin Apodaca helped his 16aa team to an impressive first place record of 17-2-3 in the NAPHL (North American Prospect Hockey League).
Finishing his 2012/13 season as one of the lead scoring defensemen on the team, Apodaca recorded 10 points (2G, 8A) in 17 games, just behind Danny O’Donnell with 15 points in 21 games. By the end of the season, Apodaca was ranked #14 in the entire league for defensive scoring. see stats
We asked Apodaca what attracted him to the Titans team and he told us, "I played for (Coach) Peter Torsson before and I really liked is coaching style. I knew he would lead or team to successful year. I saw that he was gathering a bunch of skilled players ad I saw potential for a really skilled successful team."
In the 2013 NAPHL Championships Apodaca’s team went 3-1-0 and advanced to the semi finals where they ended their run.
Justin Apodaca is talented defenseman with many options for him.
We, at Local Ice Hockey.com, look forward to updates on Justin’s future success (05/02/13).
